At the end of November a number of us from St Luke’s attended the Diocesan Ordination Service at Holy Trinity Cathedral, to support Ruth Wivell as she was ordained to the diaconate. Ruth and her family have been a part of our community during her studies at St John’s College as she has prepared for ordination. Having reached this significant milestone, she has been licensed to St Peter’s Onehunga to begin her curacy. Congratulations Ruth!
